Friends of Ecotour Adventures,
Taylor Phillips, owner of EcoTour Adventures here. It's crazy to think that it's been over two years since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. We're grateful to have gotten through safely and are looking forward to more of a return to normal as vaccinations become more widely available.
We have some important updates for Summer 2022.
We are continuing to adhere to all federal, state, local, and National Park safety measures. Our current protocols include:
- Masks are voluntary while on tour.
- Hand sanitizer and extra masks will be available for all guests.
- If client is showing symptoms, all guides have the authority to cancel the tour at anytime
- Cleaning/disinfecting of binoculars, spotting scopes and other equipment pre trip using Isopropyl Alcohol.
- All of our current guides are fully vaccinated for Covid-19
For guests to know: How our policies will affect you
- Guests will not be permitted to tour if they have any signs and/or symptoms of Covid 19.
- Guests will not be permitted to tour if they have been in contact with a positive Covid 19 case within the past two weeks.
- EcoTour Guides have the authority to cancel a tour at any time if a client is showing signs and/or symptoms.
For multi-day tours, there is a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking with total reservation value due 14 days prior to the date of the tour.
Cancellation Policy: Upon booking, we will charge a 10% non-refundable deposit. Beyond that, we have a 48hr cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48hrs of tour departure then all monies will be forfeited.
