Rob Dyke

Rob grew up in western Iowa, where he developed a love of animals and the outdoors while fishing and hiking with his family and dogs. He attended Iowa State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Rob has worked as a veterinarian in MI, WI, MN, IA, WA, NY & WY, in large animal, mixed, animal, and small animal hospitals. Some of his fondest veterinary experiences occurred while serving as a hospital clinical instructor at both Iowa State University and Washington State University’s veterinary teaching hospitals.

In the fall of 2016 Rob first visited Jackson Hole. The rugged landscape, biodiversity, and opportunity for year-round outdoor experiences cemented his commitment to making this valley his home. In the spring of 2021, he and his wife were able to make their dream a reality and moved to Alpine, WY. When not exploring the greater Yellowstone ecosystem (hiking, skiing, boating), they enjoy international travel and visiting other national parks.

Rob is a certified Wilderness First Responder.
