Trent Hultman

Trent’s connection to the Greater Yellowstone-Teton region began at 16 on a six-week Wilderness Ventures expedition — hiking, climbing, and rafting his way into a lifelong love of wild places. Originally from Pittsburgh, he earned his Economics degree from Denison University before returning to the mountains and spending many summers guiding, eventually putting down roots in the Jackson Hole valley, where he has lived and explored for over 30 years.

His career has been rooted in the outdoor industry, most notably as Director of Operations at Wilderness Ventures. He has also given back as Executive Director of the local youth soccer program and as a US Soccer licensed D coach, helping connect the next generation to this remarkable place.

Away from work, Trent fly fishes, hikes, mountain bikes, and chases waves whenever he can get to a coast. He and his wife raised two boys in this valley and love nothing more than playing host to the place they call home. He joined ETA as General Manager in the spring of 2026.
