Sun Rise/Sun Set Eco-Tour - Half Day Trips

Photograph that moose or the Tetons in superb light during dawn or dusk. On these four hour tours we will explore the animal hotspots that our professional guides know so well. We will put our comfortable four wheel drive vehicles to the test looking for wildlife on the un- marked dirt and paved roads through the area. Plan on uninterrupted observation followed by a wealth of information provided by our knowledgeable guides that have a passion for what they do here in Jackson Hole. Non strenuous hikes are included if desired to educate you about the smaller wonders of this special place and to open your senses to this glaciated landscape. Animals that abound here and that are observed during many of our guided eco-tours in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park include moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans just to name a few. Full Day Eco-Tours in Grand Teton National Park

Grand TetonMake the most of your day here in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park.   Spend a full day observing wildlife, photographing, and exploring this fabulous eco-system.   This tour will start around sunrise to maximize wildlife sightings.  Your educated naturalist guide will bring you to the wildlife hotspots, which are often off the beaten path on unmarked dirt roads in our comfortable 4wheel drive vehicles.   Plan on uninterrupted wildlife observation followed by a wealth of information provided by our knowledgeable guides that have a passion for what they do here in Jackson Hole.  

Bison Grand TetonAs some guests say, one of the highlights of this trip is the special picnic lunch that is provided, weather dependent of course.   We will roam Jackson Hole in search of the ideal picnic location .   By the shores of Jackson Lake at the base of the Teton Range or on the glaciated flats of this spectacular valley maybe with bison in view we will set up our tables and unpack our chairs.    Our specially planned  lunch will feature different salads, fixings for sandwiches, fresh fruit,  and a locally made dessert.    For the remainder of the day we will continue to  explore the natural landscape of the park and embark on short hikes on some of the lesser known trails through easy terrain to observe the smaller wonders of this special place.     Animals that abound here and that have been observed during many of our guided ecotours in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park include moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer,  wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans just to name a few.  Some topics of conversation on our ecotours include animal behavior, animal adaptations, geology of the area, local botany and the cultural history of this special place.   Call for more details or to ask about customized private trips.  CALL (307)-690-9533
